vii) we don't violate any type of data in any case and app intract with server for transfer the data with the help of tokens.
viii) We do not share user’s image outside of Manacle SFA, we sync the image on secure plateform using modern cryptography. In case you work for an organization that uses our Attendance Management System and/ or HR management system, we may collect some more HR specific information depending on the organisation concerned.

The employees who are dealing with the data have been trained to protect data from any illegal or unauthorized usage.

● The content you upload to the mSELL, whether from your own device or from a cloud-based hosting service, including any data, text, image, audio and audio-visual files, may include personally identifiable information. The content that you upload we sync securely using moder cryptography and designate is not public only assigned seniors and admin will be accessible.

● We use user’s personal information to provide them with information and services they request, to tell them about other products and services, and to give them a customized interactive experience as they use our products.

● We inform the Users through prominent disclosure that the content they upload to the App whether from your own device or from a cloud-based hosting service, including any data, text, graphic, image, audio and audio-visual files, may include personally identifiable information, will be accessible to User's organization and will not be used for any marketing or promotional activities.

STORAGE:

mSELL app collects the external storage permission to store and collect the user sale summery and attendance summery in. excel and pdf format to share this data with his/her reporting authority, we do not access system default or user generated data, folder or files.

IMAGES:

mSELL app collects images for verification purpose at the time of order booking, expense claim to upload the receipt and bills, outlet creation time, profile photo, daily reporting, attendance time to verfiy that they are well dressed as instructed by organisation , the images they upload we sync securely using modern cryptography , we store the images ephemerally and until they are working with the organisation , once they got de-activated, we don't capture the images and previous data will automatically deleted. We don't share uploaded content with any type of third parties or use for advertising and marketing purpose.

DEACTIVATION OF SERVICE:

If you request to deactivate your account or delete your personal information, we will endeavor to fulfill your request but some personal information may persist in backup copies for a certain period of time and maybe retained as necessary for legitimate business purposes or to comply with our legal obligations if you object to any of the changes to our terms, and you no longer wish to use the Services, you may contact support@manacleindia.com to deactivate your account.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION IN MOBILE APPLICATION:

When using Manacle SFA mobile applications and services, we may collect personal information from you such as your phone number, mobile device type, and carrier. We use this information in order to set up and manage your account as well as contact you about your services. If you use location-enabled products and services, you may be sending location information. This information may or may not reveal your actual location. We use your information to process and personalize your requests. TARGET AUDIENCE AND CONTENT

This app is useful for the target audience of age group who are 18+ years, because this app is being used as a tool for relevant data collection for Sales team of any Organisation. However there is no any such content in this app which will impact any negative things to age group of below 18 Years.

WHY AND HOW WE COLLECT, USE AND SHARE LOCATION DATA-

We collect Location data as our app works around field Sales process of Beat Route Creation and the user works under a respective geofenced area and his/her working hours and availability is calculated as per the user being available in that particular fenced area. The organization of which the users are is checking 2 things one being the Compliance / Non-Compliance of rules and second being the generation of Travelling Expenses based on distance travelled (kms) by the user. Also we are following a Two fold consent method. In this, although we are taking consent by the user at the time of install but also the entity they are associated with are also making them sign a consent form as a clause in their employment contract.
